Aluminum Real Estate Sign Posts

 The new Classic Heavy Duty Vinyl Frame will definitely turn some heads. Made with 4"x4" vinyl posts and a 2' x 3 1/2" horizontal rail that your sign will hang from. The spacing between the posts is adjustable to accommodate signs ranging from 36" to 48" wide.

This package comes with 2 posts, 1 horizontal rail, 2 sign clips, 2 wire retainers, post and rail caps, and 2 heavy duty steel stakes. The holes to attach a sign are 24" apart.

 

Simple installation To Install assemble the frame by inserting the horizontal rail through both posts and then fastening the rail to the posts with the wire retainers. Pound the stakes into the ground to a sufficient depth making sure they are level and spaced correctly, a small sledge hammer is ideal for this (***CAUTION be sure to have all underground utilities marked prior to installing the stakes***). Slide the frame over the stakes and attach your sign to the horizontal arm with the sign clips. Attach the post and arm caps.

Holes to attach signs are spaced 24" apart and centered on the arm.  If you need custom hole spacing please leave a note below.

Optional Swing Restraint Fasteners are used to attach the side of your sign to the vertical post to prevent it from swinging in the wind.  A hole is added to the vertical post 17.5" (inches) down from the bottom of the arm, this hole is to align with a corresponding grommet on the side of your sign down 16" from the top of the sign.  2 additional Sign 'U' clips and 4 safety pin clips will be added per sign post.  If you have different requirements please leave a note below.

PVC Sign rider clip allow you to attach signs perpendicular to any surface. Ideal for for adding sign riders on any of our sign posts and frames.

2 1/2" long x 7/8" wide x 3/4" tall. Will hold signs up to a 1/4 inch (6 mm) thick.

Made from white PVC. Comes with adhesive tape, a zinc plated thumb screw and nut to hold the sign, and 2 self tapping screws that will allow you to attach the clip to metal or plastic surfaces.

Use 1 or 2 sign rider clips for each sign.  We recommend screwing the rider clips on in windier areas.  Adhesive tape alone is not recommended for outdoor use.  Sold individually.
